  • Each lot includes water, power, sewer, and is internet-ready — everything you need for full-time tiny house living.

  • Base rent: $200/month

    Estimated total with base rent, utilities & shared expenses: ~$500/month
    This covers your lot, utilities, lawn care, snow removal, and access to shared community resources.

    Buy a tiny house from us – Choose from our selection of move-in-ready units.

    Bring your own – Already have a tiny house or found one you love? That works too! Just call us to confirm it meets our guidelines.
